According to the group standard "Guidelines for Energy Efficiency Grading of Compressed Air Stations" (standard number: T/CGMA 033001-2018), the energy efficiency level of compressed air stations is divided into 5 levels, among which level 1 is the best.

 

As one of the three terminal industrial equipment of motor systems, air compressors are widely used in various industries, such as manufacturing, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, steel, ships, and aviation. Compressed air systems provide critical support for pneumatic equipment, tools, control systems and power equipment in the production process. However, since air compression systems often require continuous operation, their energy consumption is very high. The measurement and calculation methods of the compressed air station operation energy efficiency, the energy efficiency test and calculation methods of the volumetric air compressor unit or the centrifugal air compressor unit, and the compressed air dryer test and calculation methods should all comply with relevant national standards.


After clarifying the user's gas demand [pressure, gas volume, compressed air purification level (dew point, oil content, dust content)], it is also necessary to consider the selection of equipment such as air compressors and compressed air dryers; the key characteristics, intelligence level, and stability of intelligent control; operation control, pipe network structure and other issues;
