Function Of Air Dryer

The function of air dryer is to reduce the humidity of air and provide the system with the required dry compressed air. This equipment vaporizes the moisture in the material (generally refers to water or other volatile liquid components) by heating, so as to obtain solid materials with specified moisture content. The main purpose of air dryer is to dry the moisture in high-pressure air to avoid corrosion of brake parts and the like caused by water in the air. In order to ensure its performance, the dryer needs to be regenerated regularly. There are two regeneration gas circuits for existing dryers: using regeneration gas cylinders or automatic regeneration devices.
