The materials of high-efficiency filter elements mainly include ultra-fine glass fiber paper, chemical fiber, glass fiber, offset paper, aluminum film, stainless steel, aluminum alloy profiles, etc.

Ultra-fine glass fiber paper: used to make filter materials, with high filtration efficiency and low resistance, often used in high-efficiency filters.

Chemical fiber or glass fiber: used for high-efficiency filter screens, through its microscopic flocculent structure to remove particles larger than 0.5 microns, the filtration effect can reach more than DOP 99.97%.

Offset paper, aluminum film: used as partition plate materials, used in conjunction with ultra-fine glass fiber paper to enhance the filtration effect.

Stainless steel, aluminum alloy profiles: used as outer frame materials to support and protect the filter element structure.

The selection of these materials is designed to provide efficient filtration performance while ensuring the structural stability and durability of the filter element. For example, the combination of ultra-fine glass fiber paper and chemical fiber or glass fiber can capture tiny particles while maintaining low air flow resistance, thereby providing better air purification effects. The partition plate materials such as offset paper and aluminum film and the outer frame of stainless steel and aluminum alloy profiles enhance the overall strength and durability of the filter element, enabling it to work stably for a long time in various environments.
