The installation order of compressed air fine filters usually follows the principle of "coarse first, fine later", ensuring that the order of filters cannot be reversed. First, the compressed air will pass through the first-stage filter device to remove most of the harmful substances such as dust, oil, rust and moisture. Then, it enters the fine filter system, which usually includes a pre-filter and a post-filter. Pre-filters such as P-level, U-level, and H-level filters mainly filter oil molecules, water molecules, large solid particles and impurities in the compressed air, with a filtration efficiency of 99.99% and a filtration accuracy between 3μ-0.1μ. Finally, the F-level fine filter is installed at the rear end of the adsorption dryer as a post-filter, with a filtration accuracy of 0.01μ, mainly filtering dust from the compressed air during drying.
During the installation process, the following points need to be noted:
Correctly connect the air inlet and outlet according to the direction of the product logo, and ensure vertical installation.
If the oil and water problem of branch pipes and terminal equipment is solved, it should be installed as close to the terminal equipment as possible, generally within 7.5 meters.
