The adsorption dryer uses the adsorbent (activated alumina, silica gel, molecular sieve) to absorb moisture to reduce the moisture content in compressed air. Generally speaking, it can make the dew point of the outlet gas reach above -40 degrees.
The adsorption dryer uses advanced chemical technology. Its principle is to use the difference in volume between water and air molecules to filter out saturated water vapor in the compressed air using a gas purification special molecular sieve. It can easily adsorb water molecules in the molecular sieve particles, and then use the regeneration method to restore the molecular sieve. The dew point of the compressed air can easily reach -40℃.
