Precautions For Adsorption Air Dryers

The oil content of the air entering the tower should be controlled below 0.01PPM; in view of the fact that oil-free air compressors cannot be truly oil-free, it is necessary to install an oil remover at the air inlet of the dryer to prevent trace oil from accumulating in the adsorption bed (this accumulation is very fast); The micro-heat regeneration adsorption dryer should be used under rated temperature and pressure conditions. When the inlet temperature is higher than or the inlet pressure is lower than the rated value, the capacity should be corrected;
When the micro-heat regeneration adsorption dryer is used in conjunction with a piston air compressor, a pressure-stabilizing gas storage tank should be installed in front to eliminate the high-speed impact of pulsating airflow on the adsorbent; Avoid deliberately "saving energy" to reduce regeneration gas consumption (including regeneration gas volume and heating power); when there is a "pre-cold dryer", the connection between the micro-heat regeneration adsorption dryer and the cold dryer should be installed separately as much as possible as long as the site permits, so as to reduce air pressure drop, improve the ventilation conditions of the cold dryer and facilitate daily maintenance and repair; When the air supply is sufficient, the heatless regeneration dryer should be the first choice. Its comprehensive energy consumption is not higher than that of heating regeneration, and its dew point is lower and more stable.
