The operation mode of the air compressor refrigerated dryer as follows: After the compressed air containing water enters from the air compressor, it is pre-cooled through the heat exchanger to reduce the air temperature. Then it enters the evaporator of the refrigeration system, and the low temperature and low pressure refrigerant in the evaporator causes the water vapor in the compressed air to freeze into liquid water. Then the gas-liquid mixture enters the gas-liquid separator, and the liquid water is separated by centrifugal force, gravity or a filter screen and discharged through an automatic drainage device. After separating liquid water, the dry compressed air is heated by another heat exchanger to make its temperature close to the ambient temperature and then delivered to the gas equipment, so as to ensure the drying of the compressed air, improve the performance and stability of the entire compressed air system, and meet the needs of various industrial production of dry compressed air.
