The correct installation method of compressed air filter includes the following steps:

Cleaning pipes and valves: Before installation, make sure that the compressed air pipes and valves connected to the filter inlet and outlet are clean to avoid impurities.

Choose a suitable installation location: The filter inlet and outlet should be kept horizontal, and the drain outlet should be at the bottom. A certain space should be reserved in the vertical direction to facilitate the maintenance of the filter and the replacement of the filter element. The filter should be installed in a ventilated and cool place, as close to the gas point as possible to reduce the impact of the pipeline on the quality of the filtered compressed air.

Follow the correct installation sequence: Install and use within the specified working pressure and working temperature range, and install each level of filter in the correct order according to the inlet and outlet instructions or the direction indicated by the arrow, from coarse to fine. Avoid bypass when installing to prevent oil from sticking to the inner wall of the pipeline.

Regular maintenance and replacement of filter elements: The filter element should be replaced regularly, and the recommended working time should not exceed 8000 hours. When changing the filter element, use an Allen wrench to unscrew the four screws of the lower cover and remove the old filter element from the bottom.

Use of drainer: The discharge time of the automatic drainer should be to drain all the liquid water, and the discharge interval should be adjusted according to the water content in the pipeline. Different grades of compressed air filters can be equipped with electronic drain valves or manual valves according to customer requirements.

By following these steps, the effective operation and long-term maintenance of the compressed air filter can be ensured, thereby ensuring the quality of compressed air and the stability of the system.
