Product Application
1. Small machining workshop
Used in pneumatic clamping devices for small lathes, milling machines, etc. During the processing of these devices, dry compressed air is needed to drive the fixture to ensure that the workpiece is firmly clamped. If the air humidity is large, it may lead to rust and corrosion of the pneumatic components, affecting the accuracy and service life of the fixture. The 25 CFM air dryer provides enough dry air to keep the clamping device working properly.
2. Electronics manufacturing
In the assembly line of electronic components, many automation devices are driven by pneumatic means. For example, a small pneumatic nozzle is used to pick up tiny components such as electronic chips. If the air contains moisture, it may cause moisture damage to electronic components, affecting product performance. The 25 CFM refrigerated air dryer provides dry compressed air for these pneumatic devices, ensuring a smooth assembly process for electronic components.
3. Car repair workshop
Pneumatic spray gun for car paint shop. In the process of painting, dry compressed air is one of the key factors to ensure the quality of painting. If the air contains moisture, the spray paint surface will appear orange peel, flow and other problems. The 25 CFM air dryer can provide dry air for the spray gun of a small paint shop, making the spray painting effect more even and smooth.
4. Chemistry lab
Provide dry compressed air for some small chemical experiment equipment, such as air agitator, gas sampling device, etc. In chemical experiments, moisture may interfere with the experimental results, such as in some chemical reactions that are sensitive to humidity, or in gas analysis experiments, dry air is an important condition to ensure the accuracy of the experiment.
