Product Detailed Description
"30 CFM Refrigerated Air Dryer" means that this refrigerated air dryer can process 30 cubic feet of compressed air per minute to make it dry. It can be used in some places where the compressed air dryness is required and the air flow is relatively small, such as small pneumatic tool workshops, pneumatic equipment in laboratories, etc. The compressed air usage in these places is not large, and the 30 CFM dryer can meet the basic drying needs.

Effective cooling-Refrigeration system
The 30 CFM Refrigerated Air Dryer compresses the low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant into a high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, which enters the condenser to condense and cool down to liquid refrigerant. The room-temperature liquid refrigerant coming out of the condenser enters the expansion valve through the drying filter. The liquid refrigerant enters the evaporator of the gas refrigerant after throttling by the expansion valve to absorb heat and evaporate into gas. The gaseous refrigerant enters the suction port of the refrigeration compressor from the refrigerant outlet of the evaporator through the liquid storage tank, thus starting a new round of circulation.
High-efficiency water removal-Heat exchange system
High-temperature compressed air containing water and oil enters the pre-cooler and air-to-air heat exchanger to pre-cool the compressed air, lower the temperature of the compressed air, remove part of the water, and then enter the air-to-refrigerant evaporator to cool the compressed air to a dew point temperature of (2-10)℃. The water, oil and some impurities are condensed here, and the cooled gas and the condensed water, oil and some impurities are separated through the gas-liquid separator, and then the water and oil are discharged by the automatic drain valve, and the dried compressed air is heated and output through the air-to-air heat exchanger.
