Working principle of micro-heat adsorption compressed air dryer
Micro-heat adsorption compressed air dryer is a kind of equipment that dries compressed air based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption and uses micro-heating regeneration method. Under a certain pressure, the compressed air flows from bottom to top through the adsorbent (drying) bed. Under low temperature and high pressure, the water vapor in the compressed air is transferred to the surface of the adsorbent, that is, the adsorbent absorbs the moisture in the air until it tends to balance, so that the compressed air is dried. This is the adsorption (working) process.
When the pressure of the dry air (regeneration air) drops, the gas expands after heating, and then contacts the adsorbent saturated with adsorbed water, the moisture in the adsorbent turns to the regeneration air until it reaches equilibrium, so that the adsorbent is dried. This is the desorption (regeneration) process.
That is, the moisture is adsorbed (working) under low temperature and high pressure, and the moisture is desorbed (regenerated) under high temperature and low pressure. This dryer has a double-cylinder structure, and the cylinder is filled with adsorbent (dryer). When one adsorption cylinder is in the drying process, the other adsorption cylinder is in the desorption process.
