Air - Flow Optimization with Ceramic and Flow Divider​
At the base of the air dryer tower, carefully selected Supportive Ceramic Balls are installed. These ceramic balls play a vital role in ensuring a uniform distribution of the incoming air - flow. By evenly dispersing the air, they prevent the desiccant above from being unevenly exposed to the air stream, thus protecting the desiccant from potential soaking due to concentrated air impact.

DPOS-Dew Point Operation System can delay adsorption time under unstable load, DPOS could save at least 75% comprehensive energy consumption.
