The loss of regeneration gas volume is less than 12%. The excellent barrel design preserves 95% of the adsorption heat. The stored heat is used to increase the temperature of the regeneration gas, improve the desorption capacity of the equipment, and make the regeneration more thorough.
Drying and regeneration adopt a reverse convection scheme, and the effect is good when the wet air flows through thousands of adsorbents. The amount of regeneration gas can be adjusted according to the operating load requirements of the dryer.
Long service life of the desiccant
The appropriate barrel size keeps the flow rate and time of the gas through the desiccant in a good state, giving full play to the performance of the desiccant. Reasonable system configuration removes the oil and heavy pollutants in the airflow immediately after degreasing treatment before the airflow enters the barrel to avoid contamination of the desiccant layer.
The equipment adopts a reliable control butterfly valve and an advanced and reliable imported microcomputer program controller, which has the characteristics of automatic timing and automatic switching. The operation is stable and reliable, and is not affected by the power grid, voltage, electric field, etc.
