Risheng Youleng adsorption dryer uses the unique affinity of the adsorbent itself to water vapor to adsorb moisture in compressed air based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption (PSA). This equipment is made into a double-tower structure. Under the control of the program controller, the two towers work alternately. One tower adsorbs moisture at a higher pressure, and the other tower uses its own dry air at a lower pressure to complete the water vapor desorption process, and works continuously and cyclically. Although the equipment consumes part of the gas volume, its comprehensive energy consumption is much less than that of the heat regeneration dryer based on temperature swing adsorption.
